CO-FOUNDER OF SAN DIEGO COMMUNITY WEALTH BUILDING COALITION
San Diego Community Wealth Building Coalition is an organization of academics and practitioners who are pushing beyond the status quo of housing, community and economic development, and food systems policy. We want to see the expansion of community land trusts, limited-equity housing cooperatives, resident-owned communities, worker cooperatives, grocery cooperatives, and agricultural cooperatives in the San Diego region. With this goal in mind, we educate stakeholders, advocate for and inform supportive policy recommendations, and assist cooperative models.
